About Super Refunds

Super Refunds is a 100% Australian owned company who recognises there is a growing number of people who prefer to make their own investment decisions without the need to involve a financial advisor. Many would also like to avoid the hefty fees that fund managers charge if you to invest, often as much as 5% of the value of the investment.

Investors paying "percentage based commissions" on their financial products does not make sense to us where the investor receives little or no ongoing service from a financial advisor or do not require investment advice. The Super Refunds service provides investors and policy holders the opportunity to “reclaim their fees” by collecting and refunding these percentage based commissions.

• We cap the amount we retain for our service to a maximum of 50% of the first $1,000 (i.e. $500 pa fee cap). 100% of commissions collected in excess of this amount are refunded to you.
• We work with all types of financial products including superannuation, allocated pensions, managed investments & personal insurance policies (life, tpd, income protection & trauma).
• We work with all fund managers & insurance companies and have access to new investments in the market.
• We are not aligned with any particular financial service provider, fund manager or insurance company.
• We provide an ongoing education offering to keep you up to date with market, legislative and product developments.
